Trial Period: A 3-day free trial is offered. You may choose to continue or discontinue after the trial period.
Payment Terms: Monthly fees must be paid in advance, typically by the 3rd of each month. Payments delayed by more than 10 days may lead to class suspension.
Refund Policy: A full refund is available if you choose to discontinue before the end of the first month.
Notice Period: A 1-month prior notice is required to discontinue regular classes.
Temporary Discontinuation: A half-fee may be charged to reserve your slot with the same teacher during breaks.
Teacher Assignment: The academy reserves the right to change teachers. Requests for teacher changes will be considered based on availability.
Schedule Changes: Any changes to class timings depend on teacher and slot availability.
Absence and Makeup Classes: Absences without prior notice (except for medical reasons) are not eligible for makeup classes. Makeup classes are subject to teacher availability.
Discounts: Discounts are only applicable as agreed upon with the sales agent at the time of trial booking.
